  • For the protection of our team, we currently only accept payments via Bitcoin. We suggest that you get a Bitcoin wallet for easier & faster payment.
  • All payment correspondence will be handled within the checkout process. You can either scan the QR code, or copy and paste the BTC address and amount into your wallet of choice.
  • Payment confirmation can take up to 72 hours.
  • Orders will be mailed out upon payment confirmation within 5-7 business days.
  • Tracking will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Fees: $20 flat rate will be added onto all orders for shipping.
  • Express (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Express) is NOT AVAILABLE under any circumstance. Airplanes, detection scanners, and our products do not mix well.
  • Multiple Parcels: If your order requires packing into more than 1 box, each additional box will mail out on a DIFFERENT BUSINESS day to minimize risk. Please allow time for this!
  • Damaged in Transit: We cannot replace product/s damaged in transit. Contact USPS for that.
  • Returned to Sender: We do not resend/replace orders that get “Returned to sender” due to incorrect shipping information on your part, or if you refuse/don’t claim the package. We use random return addresses so there is no way for us to retrieve your packs.
  • LOST Package: A lost package is defined as “30 days of no movement on the USPS tracking screen. If a parcel is deemed lost we will offer a replacement at 50% off the RRP price.
